We are seeking a full-time multi-disciplinary Art Director with 10 years of post-college experience at a design firm, studio, or marketing firm to drive art direction and assist in managing a team of designers alongside the existing Creative Director. Successful candidates will be highly proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. The position requires the handling of large volumes of technical information, file management, research, layout and design, creative mood board design, and excellent typography skills.
That’s Nice serves clients in the life sciences industry – pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, biologics, and new modalities. Experience in these sectors is advantageous. However, a background working with highly-technical information graphics is also well-suited.
The ideal candidate is highly creative and can work through and manage integrated projects. Candidates must be able to work independently, handling many projects simultaneously, and collaborate within a team environment.
The ideal candidate has 10 years post-college experience full-time at a design firm, studio, or marketing firm, and the ability to collaborate with and support creative, accounts, and sales teams. Effective communication, proficiency in Adobe Creative suite, and the ability to manage high-volume work to meet tight deadlines are critical. Candidates should be prepared to contribute to the development of new print collateral and promotional materials, assist with internal communications and brand updates, and possess the ability to work in a variety of mediums and disciplines.
