That's Nice typically has upwards of 100 people contributing to the services we provide clients at any time. They are located around the world and are the heartbeat of what we deliver.
Partner-level staff at That’s Nice have the most experience among our personnel. Alongside founders, our partners have a minimum of 10 years of experience with the company and knowing the life sciences markets and our clients.
Our Director-level staff reflect our efforts to promote from within. This group leads areas of the business or teams that serve clients, and either have strong experience with us or have come in with a great experience level that brings value.
Manager and Executive-level staff represent another tier in our organizational structure. These are the up and comers who are continuing to build their experience level and are typically driving value every day on our client accounts.
That’s Nice would not be the service provider it is without our freelance staff. In many cases, they have worked with us for many years – some more than 20 and almost our entire history. Their value is typically their unique, specialized skill sets.
Having served life sciences for 30 years, we have an enormous range of contacts and consultants. This enables us to bring in relevant expertise and unmatched knowledge when needed on client projects, especially in our consulting work.
There are a few companies providing specialized services who have worked with us for so long, they are like a seamless extension of That’s Nice. This creates an efficient model for clients but one that still fosters the requisite level of trust.
