Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with creative and business goals.
- Must be detailed oriented.
2. Team Collaboration:

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among creative teams, including designers, writers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure everyone has the information and resources needed to achieve project goals.
3. Resource Management:

- Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure optimal project execution.
- Monitor resource availability and adjust plans as needed to meet project requirements.
4. Timeline Management:

- Monitor project timelines closely, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
5. Risk Management:

- Identify project risks, issues, and challenges, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Proactively address any roadblocks that could impact project progress.
6. Quality Control:

- Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
- Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks before final delivery.
7. Client Communication:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
8. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and progress reports.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and next steps.
9. Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate project processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
- Implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years post-college experience at a marketing firm or agency.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and unexpected issues that arise during projects.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with creative processes, design concepts, and marketing principles is a plus.
