Bird’s Custard Powder

Despite the connotations around the name “Bird’s” and avians’ common association with eggs, Bird’s Custard Powder doesn’t actually contain any. The rest is history, as nearly two centuries later Bird’s is still a staple in many British homes — including Nigel’s.

Estilo Campo

It’s been a hectic, but very productive, few days for Nigel and the crew in Buenos Aires, so they’re unwinding the only way they know how: with a fine steak at Estilo Campo.
