This past weekend, Nigel visited La Brasserie — the restaurant now occupying the former location of Anthony Bourdain’s Les Halles. Nigel had visited Les Halles in 1992 and was pleased to see the same great food, and same great atmosphere at La Brasserie.

After a five-year, COVID-driven hiatus, Lucas and the girls have finally made it back to Japan to visit the family!

Business travel has brought our founder, Nigel, through Corbin, Kentucky, the birthplace of Kentucky Fried Chicken. More than 75 years after Colonel Harland Sanders started his business, we know the brand best as KFC, but the image of Colonel Sanders on the chain’s restaurants and packaging is as iconic as ever. Few global brands are able to achieve this milestone.
Too much good Italian Food for Wei, having trouble fitting through

The office ended another successful week and celebrated with lunch from Shake Shack. Although they forgot someone’s chicken nuggets, we all shared and it worked out in the end.
