Site Assessment to Identify New Commercial Opportunities
Following the acquisition of a new European vaccine manufacturing site, we worked with Emergent’s leadership and manufacturing teams to conduct a comprehensive site assessment to identify synergies between Emergent’s new facility and its existing sites. The research enabled Emergent to pinpoint opportunities that aligned with the capabilities and capacity of the newly acquired site, facilitating strategic decisions around resource allocation and operational integration and unlocking additional commercial opportunities, positioning Emergent to optimize its site network and drive future growth.
