Assessing CRO Outsourcing Needs

We conducted a focused survey for PPD, targeting clinical operations leaders, procurement managers, and R&D heads responsible for CRO outsourcing at North American and European biotech companies in the process of bringing rare disease therapeutics to the clinic. The resulting analysis provided valuable insights into the pain points biotechs face when partnering with CROs. This data informed PPD's revision of its operational practices, enabling them to better attract, serve, and retain clients, ultimately driving stronger partnerships and improving sponsor satisfaction.
