Evaluating Kaneka’s Perception in the CDMO Sector
That's Nice conducted a series of in-depth interviews with KOLs in the API space to explore the factors driving outsourcing decisions and to assess Kaneka’s standing within the CDMO sector. Engaging with senior professionals such as R&D leaders, procurement specialists, and industry executives, the analysis revealed a lack of top-of-mind awareness for Kaneka among the selected cohort. These findings provided Kaneka’s leadership with clear evidence that enhanced promotional efforts were necessary to establish and strengthen the company’s perception as a leading CDMO.
