TriRx Pharmaceutical Services is an American CDMO that was built through international asset acquisitions in OSD, sterile and non-sterile liquids, and semi solids for human and animal health markets. Its leadership team approached That’s Nice to help develop and roll out a brand launch.
Strategic Approach
At the time, TriRx was a new unknown brand, but was founded and owned by a team of industry veterans. So, That’s Nice used the profiles of these renowned professionals, who had extensive experience on both sides of the outsourcing model, to build a go-to-market strategy based on expertise and integrity. This strategy was continually refined as TriRx grew through further acquisitions throughout North America and Europe.
Meeting & Exceeding KPIs
TriRx’s brand building and lead generation programs led to a robust pipeline, which positioned the company as a respected, flexible, global CDMO capable of serving a diverse range of modalities. TriRx now owns five facilities and has begun adding on biologics capabilities.
