Gannet BioChem, formerly Nektar Therapeutics, is a manufacturer of polyethylene glycol (PEG) reagents. Originally Nektar’s in-house manufacturing arm, the asset was divested and acquired by Ampersand. Gannet now needed to differentiate itself as a standalone brand and communicate its expertise in PEG chemistry.
That’s Nice led the renaming and rebranding of the company, transitioning it from its legacy identity into Gannet BioChem. Developed a new brand strategy and messaging platform emphasizing Gannet’s long-tenured team, deep technical expertise, and industry leadership in PEG chemistry.
Established Gannet’s position as a trusted partner for companies developing PEGylated therapeutics.
