New Business Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time New Business Executive with 1 year of experience in sales and business development. Candidates should be experienced in identifying, contacting, and bringing in new clients to support company growth and leading in the development of new business strategies.

That’s Nice serves clients in the life sciences industry – pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, biologics, and new modalities. Experience in these sectors or in finance is imperative.

The ideal candidate is highly process-driven and can work through and manage integrated projects. Candidates must be able to work independently, handling many projects simultaneously, and collaborate within a team environment.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has 1 year of post-college experience at a marketing firm, agency, publishing house, or in B2B sales. This role reports directly to the Founder. Candidates should be prepared to travel to conduct presentations for clients that fit within the current or future service offerings of That’s Nice, and lead or conduct the strategic development process for sales and future business development.

Work Environment

  • This role is remote. Candidates are responsible for conducting business during normal work hours from a home office. Travel for meetings, client presentations, conferences will be required as needed. Travel to our New York office will be required as needed.

Hours, Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic hours of work are five days per week (Mon-Fri), 9am - 6:30pm, with 1 hour lunch. Additional hours may be necessary at times to complete projects under deadlines.
  • Nine public holidays across the year are observed with office closure.
  • Bonus: Performance-based financial bonuses.
  • Benefits: Eligibility after 12 weeks probationary period (Aetna health plans, dental plans, vision plans, life insurance, disability plans, AD&D plans, commuter benefit options)
  • Vacation: 15 paid days annually, earned after 12-week probation (pro-rated to calendar year)
  • Sickness: 5 paid days annually, earned after 12-week probation (pro-rated to calendar year)
