Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Market Research Manager (MRM), Biology with 3 years of experience to support Nice Insight, the research division of That’s Nice serving clients across the biopharmaceutical supply chain. Successful candidates will have an established track record of complex problem solving, strong analytical capabilities, and knowledge of research methodologies. Candidates will be expected to write questionnaires addressing specific research objectives and coordinate with staff and vendors to formulate qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research strategies for client project implementation.
That’s Nice serves clients in the life sciences industry – pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, biologics, and new modalities. Experience in these sectors is imperative.
The ideal candidate is highly technical and can work through and manage integrated projects. Candidates must be able to work independently, handling many projects simultaneously, and collaborate within a team environment.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, research, or a related field and 3 years of experience working in the sciences. This role reports directly to the Market Research Director. Candidates should have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and an understanding of the different stages of research, development, and manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products. Candidates should be comfortable developing, analyzing, and implementing a broad spectrum of data collected from custom surveys and annual research. The MRM will write articles to be published in Nice Insight’s publication, Pharma’s Almanac, and attend select trade shows and client presentations.
