Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Strategic Content Director, Biotech with 10 years of experience to support content strategy for our large molecule and biotech clients. Candidates will work with our Market Research department to develop qualitative and quantitative processes to mine target insights, create surveys that derive relevant information, conduct internal and external client interviews to gain qualitative insights, and define and present strategies for clients’ branding and positioning going forward based on these insights.
That’s Nice serves clients in the life sciences industry – pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, biologics, and new modalities. Experience in these sectors is advantageous. However, a background working in a similar highly-technical industry is also well-suited.
The ideal candidate is highly communicative and can work through and manage integrated projects. Candidates must be able to work independently, handling many projects simultaneously, and collaborate within a team environment.
The ideal candidate has 10 years post-college experience at a marketing firm or agency. Candidates should be prepared to analyze quantitative research data in conjunction with qualitative feedback to draw conclusions that matter to clients and their projects, present findings in a compelling way, develop messaging maps, and produce marketing content for clients in the life sciences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
