Many of our clients participate in multiple trade shows throughout each year. So trade show tactics are a major part of the integrated marketing we provide when managing a brand or marketing. We will often manage the entire presence at the show for a client, including the booth, advertising, PR, giveaways, and even event sponsorship and booth staff training.

The critical aspect in managing booth structure and graphics, build and tear-down is reliable fabrication. A third-party partner will support many of the aspects of this, including fabrication of the booth, large-format graphic printing, furniture, local labor including union regulations, utilities and transportation.

Timing and reliable management is critical in this endeavor, and local logistics relative to the show location are also key. For this reason, we have established relationships with tried and trusted partner companies in North America, Europe and Asia - which have enabled us to effectively manage shows for clients on all of these continents. The larger suppliers have a presence in multiple markets, which can bring efficiencies when a company has major trade shows in various locations during each year.
