Following Ecolab's acquisition of Bioquell in 2019, we assessed the bio-decontamination needs and perceptions of potential North American clients through a targeted survey for Bioquell’s Purolite technology. We engaged with key decision-makers such as facility managers, lab directors, and infection control specialists to gather insights. The resulting report provided a comprehensive analysis of Bioquell’s foundational market position, offering valuable data to guide Ecolab’s future marketing strategies and drive more effective engagement in the bio-decontamination space.
