Today is the seventh annual celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, and the That’s Nice team would like to use this opportunity to shine a spotlight on Daniella Kranjac, the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Dynamk Capital.

Daniella has been held scientific and entrepreneurial roles for over 20 years, since co-founding Wave Biotech LLC (later acquired by GE Healthcare) in 1999 out of her dorm room. 

After a range of other roles including a successful tenure in an entrepreneurial group at GE (now Cytiva), Daniella founded Dynamk Capital, the first fund focused on life science industrials. Dynamk has played a revolutionary role by investing in and nurturing promising companies like RoosterBio Inc., Envisagenics, CellFE – Cell Fluidics Engineering, and Virica Biotech, to name a few, helping to enable a new era of innovation and accelerated development.
