Nice Dwelling

Nice Dwelling LLC is a new entity established in 2008 to serve as a holding company and undertake management for real estate acquired at 6 West 20th Street in New York City.

This office space will be occupied by That’s Nice LLC and Nice Gift LLC from mid-July or August 2008. The new office is twice the size of the West 27th Street space that has served That’s Nice and subsequently Nice Gift since 1999.

It will be fully customized for the needs and personality of both companies, with two conference rooms, in-house photography, storage for Nice Gift products and client assets when needed, and all the systems and technology required by the two companies to meet customer needs.

That’s Nice and Nice Gift also remain in the same Flatiron area of Midtown Manhattan, attracting the pool of creative talent that is the heartbeat of an agency, and offering convenience for major events and travel connections.
